Description:
This artwork embodies the convergence of past and present through the reuse of materials that carry within them the memory of time. Ancient wood salvaged from an old ship was used as the base of the piece, alluding to the journeys and experiences this wood has witnessed over the years.

The piece centers on a potter at the moment of creation, shaping a ceramic vessel on a potter s wheel, symbolizing the continuity of this authentic human craft. The sculpture was created using recycled raw materials, adding an intertextual dimension that reflects the importance of sustainability and revitalizing discarded materials.

The work combines simplicity and meticulous detail to tell the story of man with craft, and time with matter, and gives the viewer an opportunity to reflect on the value of renewed creativity from the heart of old things.
