Sudeep hails from a family of artists. He obtained his degree in Architecture, B. Arch, at the University of Pune, India.
He look at art as a blessing, which for him, is the sole medium in communicating the emotions of the surroundings. Being an Architect by profession, he credits his father, Late Sudhir Deshpande, who was a painter as well as a sculptor, in introducing him in the world of art.
His work is mainly abstract, where he focused on what the image has to tell and has been exploring various subjects including family, love, ambition, lonely days, couple upbringing as well as music.
