An American-made vintage pipe dating from the late 1950s–1960s, featuring an innovative system design that combines a briar bowl with an aluminum metal shank that functions as a heat radiator for a cooler, drier smoke. It has a removable bowl for easy cleaning, a vulcanite stem with the distinctive Dr. Grabow logo, and a base stamped VIKING – MADE IN U.S.A. . A classic example of mid-century pipe engineering and design.
